Steve & Barry’s Files Chapter 11

Low-price retailer Steve & Barry’s has just filed for chapter 11. Industry insiders have been predicting this for some days now but I have to say that I did not see it coming. Since the economy is so rocky right now, I would think that a chain like this would be doing considerably well. Now what will SJP do with her line Bitten? Funny I never got around to checking the line out. It always looked cute when shown in magazines or on morning TV but I just couldn’t get over the fact that it was housed in Steve & Barry’s. Never ever did I get or will get that relationship.

Steve & Barry’s will still try to stick around after filing for chapter 11.
