I heart New York

I was very lucky to spend the last weekend in New York City visiting with friends and taking in all the city sights. It is amazing how inspirational traveling to different cities can be, especially New York. It was refreshing to see so many innovative outfits. Mixing and matching prints (especially florals) large scarves, long dresses and boots of all kinds (yes friends, I said boots!) were just some of the trends I witnessed. It reminded me that we just because it is 100 degrees and humid, I am free to wear what I want! It is 2008! Dressing for the seasons is such a thing of the past. Therefore thing morning I hiked on my favorite pair boots with my perfectly purple skirt.
