NYC-based stylists Hubert Cartier and his associate, Patrick, who work at one of the top salons in the country, then proceed to cut-and-color, cut-and-color, all the day through, until everyone who craves a fresh look is well satisfied.
When Vesna realized several years ago that many of her beauty clients were booking it to New York for hair appointments with these guys, she invited Hubert to set up regular shop at her beloved spa. Now the men organize a chic salon on wheels, packing two skilled assistants and a small arsenal of high-end equipment. Patrick clips and sculpts. Hubert does color to die for, specializing in baliage or hair-painting highlights, available nowhere else in Baltimore. The foil-free procedure results in perfect baby blond highlights.
