Glamour’s Big Book of Dos and Don’ts is every bit as much wacky fun, but with a twist: the editors pack in loads of how-to-dress tips, while writing in a friendly, thoughtful voice. Insider tips from top stylists like Isaac Mizrahi, who begs us never to buy too tight again, no matter who we are, add practicality to the schadenfruede. The glossary—including zany terms like back boob, Gwyneth jeans, and tanorexic—is hilarious. Rules we love? Stop with the pantyhose already. They’re not necessary unless your company requires them. If you’re pregnant, dress to showcase the beautiful bump, not conceal it. And our favorite: DO dress your body like you respect it. Attitude, not size, matters most.
